MG Separated types


    • 取付け条件の自由度が大きい

    MG セパレートバーナは寸法、重量や取付位置に制限が有る場合に非常に使い易いバーナです。
    バーナ本体、送風機、燃料ポンプを分離して設置することが可能です。
    装置のレイアウトを損なわずに燃焼性を発揮できます。
    燃焼条件に最適な送風機をMGセパレートは自由に選定できます。
    重量の大きい送風機をバーナ本体に搭載した際に発生する振動を回避する事も出来ます。
    送風機付バーナでは大きくて装置に取付けにくい場合に、簡単に取付が可能でメンテナンスもやり易くなります。
    燃料ポンプを分離して設置すると燃焼停止時の空運転による故障を減らせます。
    燃焼量別に以下の機種をご用意しています。
    MGSGB : 10L/h以下
    MGVR-150 : ~12L/h
    MGVR-250 : ~20L/h
    MGVR-350 : ~30L/h

    MG Separated type can be installed main componets by separated.
    It gives very free arrangement of your worthwhile machines.
    The burner body, blower, and fuel pump can be installed separately.
    Combustibility can be demonstrated without compromising the layout of the equipment.
    MG Separate can freely select the optimum blower for the combustion conditions.
    It is also possible to avoid the vibration that occurs when a heavy blower is mounted on the burner body.
    If the burner with a blower is large and difficult to install on the device, it can be easily installed and maintenance is easy.
    If the fuel pump is installed separately, failures due to idle operation when combustion is stopped can be reduced.
    The following models are available according to the amount of combustion.
